Our on-site sheet metal shop covers approximately 5,000 square feet and is staffed with certified welders and craftsmen with years of experience. We fabricate ductwork associated with HVAC systems, process piping for scrubbers and vessels, structural steel, and general industrial fabrication — all in-house.

Owning the shop changes the economics of a project. When a field condition doesn't match the drawing, we don't file a change order and wait three weeks for a vendor. We measure it, build it, and put it on a truck. That responsiveness is the single most common reason clients move fabrication work to us after a bad experience with an outside supplier.

HVAC ductwork and fittings

We fabricate rectangular and round duct, transitions, elbows, plenums, and specialty fittings for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Because the same company installs what we build, the fit-up in the field is our problem to solve — not something we hand off with a shrug.

Scrubbers, vessels, and structural steel

Beyond duct, the shop produces process piping for scrubbers and vessels, tank and vessel components, structural steel supports and platforms, equipment skids, and custom industrial assemblies. If it can be laid out, cut, formed, and welded, it can generally be built in our shop and shipped to your site ready to set.

Built to your drawings

We work from engineered drawings, shop tickets, or field-verified dimensions. For contractors who need a fabrication partner rather than a full mechanical contractor, we take fabrication-only packages and deliver to the jobsite — a common arrangement with general contractors and other trades along the Gulf Coast.
